FAQ

What is the return policy?

We offer a two week return policy for those who have either changed their mind on the product or were unsatisfied with the fitment. We understand not all vehicles are consistent in their interiors, as wear and tear over the years can reshape trim, upholstery etc.

When will I get my order?

All products are made to order, which means that the moment we've received payment upon a purchase order, we then begin production. From production to shipment it may take up to two weeks, we will contact you when the item is shipped and if there's a delay.

How are your products made?

All current products are manufactured through 3D printing. We design every product ourselves and then produce several drafts until fitment is satisfactory.

What are your products made out of?

Most of our products are made from Polyethylene terephthalate glycol, which is hard to pronounce, so most people refer to it as "PETG". PETG offers greater durability & toughness over PLA (which is the most common filament). PETG is the ideal choice for creating long-lasting items providing superior resistance to water, UV, and temperatures. We also utilise carbon fiber based filaments (PETG-CF) which offer better structural integrity and quality.

Where are you based?

Production & fitting is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Can I request a product for my car?

Yes! We'd love to collaborate with as many vehicles as possible to offer a greater range of products for customers. You can contact us through the "contact" page with the relevant information or through our socials.

Do you offer other colours for products?

We're happy to explore colour options with you personally based on what we have in stock at the time. You can contact us through the "contact" page with more information.

Why the name "Polyprint"?

A polygon is a 3D modelling term. It’s a 2D shape made up of at least three vertices, three edges, and three faces, which together form the foundation of a 3D model. At Polyprint, we're constantly transforming thousands of polygons into three-dimensional meshes, ready to be produced for you!

We've combined the essential building blocks of R&D (with Autodesk Maya & Zbrush) and production (with Bambu Studio) to create the elegant and cohesive name — Polyprint!
